Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.)

Job Description

• Support the FSQ programs through various analytical testing, physical auditing, verification, and administrative duties.
• Monitor GMP and sanitation program compliance through daily and monthly verification and audits.
• Support plant HACCP program implementation through record verification.
• Partner with operation managers, team leaders, and Quality Engineers to support production, decision-making, issue management, and risk assessment.
• Manage hold orders and plant sensory program.
• Provide training in the area of food safety, regulatory, sanitation, and quality measurement systems to appropriate plant personnel.
• Support additional FSRA and plant activities as assigned.
• Be trained as a primary back-up to the flour lab technician responsible for flour quality monitoring and specification compliance.
