📅 Schedule: 4-Day Workweek (Mon–Thu OR Tue–Fri)

⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

✅ NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Do

✔ Keep the facility running with preventive & reactive maintenance

✔ Work on electrical, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps & piping systems

✔ Use power tools, hand tools, precision equipment daily

✔ Read blueprints & schematics to modify/build equipment

✔ Operate forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, aerial lifts

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years industrial maintenance experience

✅ High school diploma or GED (AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred)

✅ Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills

✅ Welding & fabrication experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
