- Identify negative trends or performance issues and implement timely solutions to minimize impact
- Review land requirements and develop written Execution Plans to meet project objectives
- Orient all assigned land personnel on planning, scheduling, policies, procedures, safety, emergency response, and quality assurance
- Assign tasks to land staff and clearly communicate documentation and reporting expectations
- Monitor performance, documentation quality, conduct, and work ethic; provide coaching, motivation, and corrective action as needed
- Approve time and expenses for all assigned land personnel
- Monitor land activities for compliance with project requirements and implement changes as needed
- Provide ongoing leadership and supervision to ensure project commitments and milestones are achieved
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the client
- Release personnel upon completion of assignments and complete performance evaluations
- Lead complex negotiations and perform additional responsibilities as assigned

- Proven experience in the utility industry and land acquisition programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Solid technical knowledge of land and acquisition processes
- Proficiency with document control systems, Excel databases, and Excel pivot tables
