Job Description
We are seeking qualified and licensed low-voltage electrical contractors/security integrators to furnish, install, program, test, and commission a fully operational electronic access control (EAC) and IP video surveillance (CCTV) solution.
Responsibilities
- Furnish, install, program, test, and commission electronic access control (EAC) and IP video surveillance (CCTV) systems.
- Handle cabling infrastructure, device installation, terminations, configuration, integration, and documentation.
- Work on the installation of 233 cameras, 8 main doors, and auxiliary tasks including sounders, cable runs, and panel dress ups.
Essential Skills
- Experience in installing, pulling, testing, terminating, and labeling low voltage cabling.
- Proficiency in CCTV and access control installation.
- Ability to pull CAT5/6 cable.
- Commercial installation experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Licensed low-voltage electrical contractor/security integrator.
- Experience working on projects involving CCTV and access control.
Work Environment
The work is conducted in a commercial setting, full-time from 7am to 4pm, five days a week, with potential for overtime.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $31.00/hr.
