Join a clean, high‑standards pharmaceutical manufacturing facility where you’ll help process, handle, and package materials used to make pill fillers. If you enjoy physical work, operating equipment, and being part of a reliable team—this job is for you.

🏭 What You’ll Do

• Operate equipment to properly process and package finished products
• Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer raw materials & finished goods
• Complete required in‑process tests and make adjustments
• Keep accurate logs, charts, and paperwork for your shift
• Lubricate equipment, perform minor repairs, and report mechanical issues
• Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environment
• Review batch records for accuracy and completeness
• Handle materials safely under all OSHA & EPA requirements
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
• Participate in safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects
• Train new operators as needed
• Assist with overtime coverage (vacation, sick, training, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned

⚠️ Clean‑Shaven Requirement (Production Area):

Some production areas require being clean shaven. Beard nets are NOT allowed.

🧰 What You Bring

• 6+ months of forklift experience
• 1+ year of manufacturing OR construction experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to work in a clean, regulated environment
• Good communication & teamwork skills

👕 Work Environment

• Temperature ranges from 40°F in winter to 80°F in summer
• Very clean, controlled environment
• You’ll be working around non‑hazardous pulp/filler used in pharmaceuticals

• T‑shirt
• Clean‑shaven if required in your production area
• PPE provided (hair nets, ear plugs, etc.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
