MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
$28–$35/hr + Shift Differentials
Looking for solid, long‑term maintenance work in a manufacturing environment? We’re hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians who know their way around mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$35/hr based on experience
- $1.50/hr 2nd shift differential
- $1.75/hr 3rd shift differential
- Attendance incentives, bonuses, and regular pay increases
- Full benefits package including health insurance and 401(k)
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Sunday–Thursday
- Rotating Shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Handle 480v electrical work
- Complete preventive maintenance to keep machines running
- Read and follow schematics and blueprints
- Work with voltmeters, motors, gear reducers, cylinders, valves, and actuators
- Work closely with the maintenance team to improve uptime and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years hydraulic and pneumatic experience
- 2+ years electrical experience (up to 480v)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility
- Exposure to moving machinery, heights, temperature changes, dust, fumes, and odors
- Loud environment — safety‑focused at all times
