Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (overtime and occasional Saturdays)
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable General Labor Associate to join our warehouse team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a warehouse and distribution environment. In this role, you will assist with sorting, picking, packing, and staging products to support safe and efficient operations. Duties include handling items that range from small, handheld boxes to heavy machine parts using approved lifting equipment. You will also use an RF scanner and assist with loading and unloading semi-trailers.
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize boxes onto designated pick pallets
- Pick, pack, and stage products of various sizes using lift equipment
- Use RF scanners to track and verify inventory
- Load and unload semi-trailers containing completed pallets
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
Required Skills
- Basic warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to use or learn RF scanning equipment
- Comfortable lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Additional Qualifications
- 3–6 months of warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Must be comfortable learning and working around forklifts

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
