Join PCA as a Territory Sales Representative - Eastern Iowa

Are you a highly motivated, self-starter early in your career and eager to learn the art of sales? Or perhaps you bring a diverse background in outside sales and are ready to take on a new challenge with a company that values innovation and growth? Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to take ownership of a thriving territory and build lasting customer relationships in Eastern Iowa.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Sales Success: Hit your goals and execute strategic sales plans across new and existing accounts.
  • Own Your Territory: Manage distribution, pricing, and agreements while expanding PCA's footprint.
  • Build Relationships: Be the trusted advisor your customers rely on-solve problems, meet needs, and grow business.
  • Collaborate Creatively: Partner with our design team to enhance packaging solutions and develop new ones.
  • Lead with Insight: Analyze opportunities, recommend improvements, and help shape smarter sales processes.
  • Manage the Details: Handle forecasting, budgeting, credit applications, and collections with precision.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (last 3 years). Ability to travel frequently across territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience under pressure, and a team-first mindset.
  • Confidence to make independent decisions and manage sensitive accounts.
