As a Production Line Packager, you will play a vital role in organizing, moving, cleaning, and packaging various products without the need for forklifts. You will be responsible for handling totes, large plastic containers, and lids used for transport.
Responsibilities- Bend repeatedly to stack and un-stack dirty totes.
- Stack totes on pallets.
- Shrink wrap pallets.
- Lift 5-10 pounds repeatedly.
- Clean containers and process broken or scrap containers.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as sweeping, stacking, cleaning, and organizing.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience in packaging, production, general production, warehouse, assembly, and packing.
- Experience in palletizing, assembly, general labor, and cleaning.

Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays required. The first shift consists of a 10-person team. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, and all other personal protective equipment such as vests, safety glasses, and gloves will be provided.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
