Production Line Packager

As a Production Line Packager, you will play a vital role in organizing, moving, cleaning, and packaging various products without the need for forklifts. You will be responsible for handling totes, large plastic containers, and lids used for transport.

• Bend repeatedly to stack and un-stack dirty totes.
• Stack totes on pallets.
• Shrink wrap pallets.
• Lift 5-10 pounds repeatedly.
• Clean containers and process broken or scrap containers.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as sweeping, stacking, cleaning, and organizing.

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
• Reliable transportation.

• Experience in packaging, production, general production, warehouse, assembly, and packing.
• Experience in palletizing, assembly, general labor, and cleaning.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays required. The first shift consists of a 10-person team. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, and all other personal protective equipment such as vests, safety glasses, and gloves will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
