Job Description

Join our team as a full-time temporary employee, where you'll play a crucial role in soldering rings. This opportunity has options to work either the 1st or 3rd shift. The position involves taking over the responsibilities of an automated robot that is currently out of service. As we transition the robot cell from welding to soldering, your experience in manufacturing or working with hand tools will be invaluable. While the work can be repetitive, your skills will ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform soldering of rings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate within a machine shop environment, maintaining safety and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in soldering assembly and general assembly tasks.
  • Ability to read blueprints and tape measures accurately.
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Previous experience in a production or general labor environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in assembly or soldering is highly beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
