Job Title: General Production Worker
Responsibilities
- Prepare, lift, and position work pieces into tanks to support the chrome-plating process
- Hold tape and rods and mark accurate reference points to assist with layout
- Load, stack, and transport work-in-process materials using hands, carts, hoists, or trucks
- Clean structural and tubular metal surfaces in preparation for chrome plating
- Perform quality inspections using a chrome checker to verify plating standards
- Read micrometers to measure material size and confirm tolerances
Skills Needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic proficiency using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers
- Minimum of 6 months of prior manufacturing experience preferred
Work Environment
- Monday through Thursday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Additional hours on Fridays may be required as needed
- Generally quiet work environment
- Required use of safety equipment, including safety glasses and hearing protection in manufacturing areas

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason City, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
