Join a dependable warehouse team and play a key role in daily operations and product movement. We’re looking for skilled forklift operators who enjoy a hands‑on environment, teamwork, and steady work opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you will support warehouse operations, including:

• Operating sit‑down forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Using RF scan guns to track, scan, and manage inventory
• Re‑stacking or moving materials as needed (up to 60 lbs.)
• Palletizing products for storage or shipment
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Safely maneuvering forklifts in tight or high‑traffic spaces

What You Bring

Must‑Haves:

• 6+ months sit‑down forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Experience using RF scanners
• Basic computer skills
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Nice‑to‑Haves:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• General material‑handling experience
• Ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced or high‑volume environments
• Ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced or high‑volume environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, IA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
