Job Title: Bilingual Electrical Service Coordinator
Job Description
This role provides frontline support to both internal teams and external customers by addressing a wide range of product-related inquiries and technical issues across legacy and current products. The primary mode of communication will be over the phone, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote troubleshooting assistance for electrical and electronic systems, including low to high voltage applications.
- Resolve communication and connectivity issues involving various technologies such as wired, wireless, and network-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, project management, field services, sales, and support—to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and communicate findings to relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Experience in field service and customer service.
- Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED!
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Technology OR 3+ years working with electrical parts and programming in an industrial setting.
Work Environment
This salaried position supports Latin American customers and is based in a cubicle setting with standing desk options alongside other technicians. Approximately 90% of the time will be spent at the desk, with occasional visits to the showroom to walk through actual products hands-on. The work schedule is Monday-Friday with 40-hour work weeks, including on-call weekends every six weeks with three other technicians. The dress code is primarily business casual, but jeans are acceptable.
