Are you passionate about helping others and solving problems? We’re looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team supporting members of our client company’s health benefit plans.

🧩 What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact: Answer incoming calls from members and guide them through their questions with care and clarity.
  • Proactively support: Make outbound calls to follow up on claims and ensure members feel supported every step of the way.
  • Solve and support: Investigate issues, ask the right questions, and document everything clearly in our systems.
  • Coordinate care: Work directly with doctors’ offices to help members schedule appointments or connect with internal specialists.
  • Educate and empower: Help healthcare providers understand the client’s benefit plans and explore partnership opportunities with us.
