Description
These customer service roles will be supporting the Retirement team at TEKsystems client. These roles are 100% remote. Looking for candidates with call center experience and similar industry experience - life insurance, annuities, retirement new business, etc.
Daily Duties:
- Will take 25-50 calls per day pertaining to Retirement questions and assistance.
- Will take calls from financial partners, agents, and customers.
- Take inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions transactions, product information, information on rates, services issues, etc.
- This role will require basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs. This role will use Salesforce and other homegrown systems on a daily basis.
Skills & Qualifications
Call center experience - 1+ years
Previous life/retirement/benefits experience
Basic computer skills - 1+ years
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
Must have internet capabilities to work from home
- 100mp download, 20mp upload, must have fiber, cable or DSL
Soft skills - must have the ability to build a relationship over the phone, show empathy, and handle escalated calls
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
