Junior Structural Engineer

Description

Support engineers in performing structural evaluations and design tasks for new and existing projects.

Assist in drafting technical reports, design documentation, and construction drawings.

Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings to gain practical field experience.

Learn and apply structural codes, standards, and materials under the guidance of staff.

Engage in continuous learning through on-the-job training and professional development initiatives

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

E.I. certification or eligibility to obtain it.

Familiarity with structural design tools such as RISA, Revit, or similar software.

Strong interest in structural engineering and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Prior experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or component design (internships or coursework) is a plus.
