Most work is indoors or under cover — but you must be ready to take on North Dakota winter conditions when needed.

💰 Pay & Per Diem

• $56.65/hour
• $84.98/hour overtime
• $115/day per diem (when securing your own lodging)
• $50/day per diem (when company housing is provided)

📅 Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 12‑hour shifts
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

🏗️ What You’ll Be Working On

A major data center project focused on mission‑critical electrical systems, including:

• Installing and maintaining power distribution infrastructure
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Running, bending, and installing EMT conduit
• Performing wire pulls, lighting installs, panel work, and terminations
• Troubleshooting low‑ and medium‑voltage systems
• Executing high‑level industrial and commercial electrical tasks throughout the facility

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Power distribution or data center experience highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license + dependable transportation
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, ID.

The pay range for this position is $56.65 - $56.65/hr.
