Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team in supporting ongoing projects in Boise, ID. The position offers the flexibility of working on-site at the Micron project in Boise or from the Portland office.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing schedule tracking and labor projections for multiple projects using standardized company workbooks.
• Develop large project and specific area micro schedules using Microsoft Project or P6.
• Resource load project schedules with labor hours.
• Regularly update and maintain project schedules, labor analysis tools, and track actual hours worked.
• Coordinate with the construction team to update schedules for each project.
• Develop impact and multiple scenario schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Scheduler position within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules.
• Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling.
• Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Expereince in electrical subcontractor construction.
• Experience supporting data center projects.
• Two-year technical or business degree.

Work Environment

This position offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to work on-site at the Micron project in Boise, ID, operating on a 60/60/50 schedule. A company phone or allowance is provided, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The role is salaried and part of a strong company culture. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, with stipends available if covered by a spouse. The company also provides term life insurance, AD&D coverage, a 401k retirement plan with up to a 10% employer match, and PTO accrual of up to 3 weeks, which can be used immediately. The role also includes 7 company-paid holidays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Boise, ID.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
