Job Title: HVAC Installer
Job Description
Join our team as an HVAC Installer, where you will travel to customer sites to install temporary heating and cooling systems across the Treasure Valley. This role requires familiarity with HVAC systems, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and a clean driving record. As part of our team, you will demonstrate professionalism through positive communication and appearance, providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to install and deliver portable HVAC equipment.
- Demonstrate operation, use, and repair of all company equipment.
- Check in and repair equipment, perform general shop duties, and deliver/install CC equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.
- Train authorized operators or customers on the safe use of rented HVAC equipment.
- Direct customers to sign appropriate paperwork and keep track of serial numbers.
- Troubleshoot and understand the operation, function, specifications, capabilities, and controls of rental equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Clean and test returned equipment, ensuring operation and appearance meet standards.
- Complete paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.
- Install flexible gas hoses on propane and natural gas applications.
- Implement safe procedures to check gas connections.
- Work with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and track in-stock and rented equipment.
- Be on call for emergency service, available on a rotating schedule for weekend and evening emergency service response calls.
Essential Skills
- Familiarity with HVAC systems.

- Ability to operate and repair HVAC equipment.

Work Environment
This role is based out of our shop in Meridian, Idaho, with fieldwork at client and construction sites. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call weekends, every third weekend. The dress code includes safety shoes and general work clothes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.
