• Participate actively in construction tasks involving electrical and interior finishes.
• Operate hands and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to a 1/16”.
• Work collaboratively to maintain stable production phases and high up-time for factory machinery.
• Implement and innovate processes to improve team performance.
• Adhere to company values and promote a positive work environment.

• General labor and construction experience.
• Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and carpentry.
• Attention to detail and strong attendance record.
• Ability to read and measure accurately.
• Problem-solving skills and self-motivation.

• Experience with pneumatic tooling is a plus.
• Strong desire to innovate and stretch the limits of current practices.

Work in a state-of-the-art facility in Nampa, ID, where robots perform the majority of tasks. The role requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting over 50 pounds. Construction laborers will be assigned to a specific department determined during the interview process.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
