A global manufacturing leader with a long‑established presence in the Northlake area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support its high‑volume production facility. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, ensuring safe operations, and minimizing downtime in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of production machinery, facility systems, and mechanical components. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Partner with production teams to support operational goals and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety policies and promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Hands‑on experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and industrial machinery
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
Brand New RENOVATED facility Monthly "employee appreciation days" during the summer - Tuition Reimbursement - Bonus of 5% of earnings to hourly employees - 401K matching - Accrued Time Off (Will be credited for the time they were on contract) - Holiday Bonuses $100-$350 (Applies to contractors) - Reimbursement for steel toed boots - They will be able to order OMG uniforms with their own money, so they will not have to ruin their own clothes.
