Description

• Manage customer projects from order entry through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documents for accuracy and manufacturability before release.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, handling clarifications, revisions, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to maintain project flow and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and manage engineering changes with proper documentation.
• Support production by resolving drawing/BOM discrepancies and clarifying technical requirements
• Maintain organized project documentation and collaborate with quality/operations to ensure product compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement in workflows, documentation, and handoff processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, IL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Aurora,IL.
