-Computes, classifies, and records data relating to financial records or transactions. -Performs any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties of financial data and records. -Tasks include computing taxes and valuations, tracking price fluctuations, and verifying records of transactions and holdings. -May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Summary of this role: The hiring manager Morgan is the Firm operations manager for Country Trust Bank (a division within country financial) The departments Morgan oversees is purely investments: they have IRAs, taxable and non taxable. They have an investment management team – This team is all back office, no client facing. The team handles reconciliation for their investments, whether they invest in shares or stocks, they reconcile these investments with brokers etc. the admin verifies the transactions that should have happened.
