We are seeking a dedicated ITAD Specialist to join our team. This role involves hands-on work with electronic goods, ensuring their quality and functionality through detailed inspections, testing, and data management.
Responsibilities- Work hands-on with electronic goods, conducting visual inspections and cleaning of laptops and equipment.
- Test products, cords, and plugs to ensure functionality.
- Perform inspections of cords and plugs, conduct data wiping, diagnosing, and imaging.
- Sort and inspect boxes of products, setting up devices according to provided instructions.
- Power electronic goods and conduct tests as per instructions.
- Review pick sheets and order sheets for accuracy.
- Track and log product inventory and parts using logs and computer systems.
- Experience with warehouse operations such as picking, using RF scanners, loading, unloading, and inventory management.
- Proficiency with using equipment such as pallet jacks, iPads, and smartphones.
- Experience with electronic goods handling and testing.
- Familiarity with data wiping and imaging procedures.
The role is set within a warehouse environment, specifically in a secure section called ITAD. This area resembles more of a lab-like setting, ensuring a focused and secure work atmosphere.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CAROL STREAM, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
