Join our team as a Welder where you will perform standard production welds and basic repair welding. Your expertise will be needed in structural welding, piping, and moderate-complexity fabrication. You will independently set up and adjust welding equipment, read and interpret engineering drawings, conduct in-process inspections, correct minor defects, and select appropriate consumables and welding parameters. Additionally, you will maintain equipment and ensure compliance with welding codes.
Responsibilities- Perform standard production welds and basic repair welding.
- Conduct structural welding, piping, and moderate-complexity fabrication.
- Independently set up and adjust welding equipment.
- Read and interpret moderately complex engineering drawings.
- Conduct in-process inspections and correct minor defects.
- Select appropriate consumables and welding parameters.
- Maintain equipment and ensure work complies with welding codes.
- Completed formal welding training.
- 2–5 years hands-on welding experience.
- Multiple AWS certifications; qualified for structural and pipe welding.
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, Stick processes across multiple positions.
- Experience with stainless steel and aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret moderately complex drawings.
- Conduct thorough inspections and understand welding codes.
- Set up equipment independently and select consumables.
- Experience in reading blueprints.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for additional hours on Saturday. The work environment includes a well-organized and clean machine shop with 24 CNC machines, primarily Haas equipment, and a mix of mills. Employees work in various departments such as machining, fabrication, packing, assembly, and welding. Our facility spans 145,000 square feet, providing ample capacity for research and development of new products in our ever-expanding manufacturing operations.
