Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd or 3rd Shift
Join a growing team where your skills matter. We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to keep our equipment and facility running at top performance. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem‑solving, and taking pride in keeping operations moving, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and building structures
- Perform facility repairs, including plumbing, HVAC, and general refurbishments
- Maintain and troubleshoot heat‑treating equipment
- Wire electrical controls, clutches, and drive motors
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Complete preventive maintenance on chains, rollers, cylinders, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related equipment
What You Bring
- Strong troubleshooting abilities (mechanical + electrical)
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working at heights
- Hands-on experience with industrial preventive maintenance
- Must have your own hand and power tools

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Valley, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
