Interior Designer

A corporate real estate team within a large corporation is looking to add an Interior Designer to their team!

Job Description:

• Implementation of design guidelines that support brand identity
• Selecting (FF&E), finishes, and other design elements
• Partner with external teams to ensure design solutions meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
• Work with real estate and project management teams to develop conceptual design packages for presentation to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure designs are aligned with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives
• Develop long-term design strategies for both customer-facing and employee-focused environments
• Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture, productivity, and brand representation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• NCIDQ certified
• Knowledge of applicable design codes including ADA
• Software skills: Excel, Bluebeam, Revit, InDesign
• Prior experience with workplace/corporate interiors projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
