NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Quality Technician

Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the precision and accuracy of manufactured parts through certified non-destructive testing. You will play a crucial role in verifying parts both in the lab and upon arrival.

Responsibilities

• Conduct NDT Level 2 testing using MT, UT, and PT methods to confirm the correctness of parts post-manufacturing.
• Use micrometers, calipers and gages.
• Utilize GD&T and blueprints for comprehensive quality checks.
• Engage in heavy documentation processes and accurately report results.

Essential Skills

• Certification in NDT Level 2 for MT, UT, and PT testing.
• Proficiency in non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
• Strong documentation review skills.
• Experience with blueprint analysis and GD&T.
• Ability to conduct thorough quality assurance assessments.
