🧩 Now Hiring: Lead ERP Workstream Analyst (Remote – EST/CST Preferred)
Are you a detail-oriented ERP professional with a passion for driving enterprise transformation? We’re looking for a Lead Analyst to support the rollout of newly designed forecasting and procurement processes within a global SAP S/4HANA environment.
🌟 About the Role
As a Lead ERP Workstream Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in enabling successful deployment of enterprise-wide systems. You’ll coordinate testing, training, data readiness, and go-live activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Testing & Defect Management: Lead SIT, UAT, and DITL testing cycles. Track and resolve defects across all phases.
- Data Readiness: Support data validation, migration tracking, and issue escalation to ensure clean and timely cutovers.
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver end-user training content and sessions.
- Cutover & Hypercare: Monitor readiness checklists, flag risks, and support post-go-live stabilization.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of key decisions, lessons learned, and performance metrics.
🧠 What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP implementations or global transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Procurement) and SAP IBP.
- Strong coordination skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with testing, data migration, and training delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Smartsheet and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
🌍 Location & Work Style
- 100% Remote (Preference for Eastern or Central time zones)
- Occasional travel (<10%) for workshops or training sessions
Compensation:$87.74
