Description
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing a team
• Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud-based services
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network configurations
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Experience with remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Azure).
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Ability to document processes, train team members, and ensure smooth operations
• Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Willingness to work collaboratively with the IT leadership team and other departments
• Ensuring business continuity and maintaining system uptime
• Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders as needed
