An Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm located in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Structural Engineer to their team!
Job Description:
- Perform structural engineering design and analysis for identified systems under the close supervision of a senior engineer
- Participate in project related meetings to coordinate activities and communicate designs
- Assist with preparation of engineering deliverables
- Participate in field surveys, condition assessments and site investigations
- Perform construction administration related tasks including submittal review, responding to RFI’s and observation of construction related activities
Qualifications:
- MS Degree in Structural Engineering required
- 2+ years of experience
- Building design experience required
- Revit, RAM Structural System, and SAP2000 experience is a plus
- Strong communication/presentation skills
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Darien, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
