As a Producer you will be responsible for building and maintaining web pages via traditional Content Management Systems, supporting key initiatives in a role crucial for the success of our business.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Online Producer to join our Walgreens Digital Content Administration team. As a Producer you will be responsible for building and maintaining web pages via traditional Content Management Systems, supporting key initiatives in a role crucial for the success of our business.
In this position you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on web page design and implementation
- Create and maintain web pages and integrated site placements using a Content Management System
- Create promotional codes using a Business Rule Management System
- Create reusable code consistent with company brand and guidelines
- Build web pages optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and speed
- Perform quality assurance, cross-browser and breakpoint validation
- Secure build assets and deliver accurate and timely project completion
- Support occasional issue resolution on and off-hours
- Collaborate with team on specific projects, tools, and mentoring
- Create, improve, and document processes and guidelines
- Keep abreast of best practices and emerging technologies
- Communicates as needed with Marketing, Merchandising, Design, Copy and other functional teams. Creates new or updates existing promotional pages and integrated site placements through the use of a browser-based web content management application.
- Turns creative designs/layouts into a finished product, utilizing HTML, CSS, XML, Flash and JavaScript as needed, adhering to tight deadlines and specific guidelines and styles, with minimum supervision.
- Coordinates with internal teams to create business requirements for website page updates, additions or enhancements; leveraging past experience and continuous learning of online user experience best practices.
- Provides immediate day-to-day support of page production-related requests in a timely manner. Performs project scheduling and troubleshoots a variety of issues relating to content production and execution. Provide off-hour Content Administration support for releases and emergency fixes for shared support across the FTE CA team.
- Manages a queue of work for both manual and automated processes from pre-production to live site. Provides page production, editing and maintenance support for internal website prototyping environment.
- Converts/optimizes external content sources, such as HTML, MS Word, Text, graphics, etc. as needed to comply with internal standards.
- Represents Content Administration team in meetings involving daily and weekly updates.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and experience with web authoring and production experience in a business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 3 years web authoring and production experience in a business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment.
- Experience with web languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, Flash and /or CSS
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
- Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
- Experience with browser-based content management systems.
- Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, analytical and detail-oriented

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Apps
