Job Title: Production Associate

Pay: $16–$18/hr

Location: East Moline, IL

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our team in East Moline, IL. In this role, you will support warehouse operations across multiple departments, including coiling, receiving, and shipping. A key responsibility is preparing copper tubing and pipes for shipment to major retailers, ensuring products are properly packaged and protected for safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Move pipes to designated pick locations.
• Pull and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Label and barcode pipes according to company standards.
• Bundle and wrap pipes for protection during transit.
• Cut pipes to specifications and complete cut sheets.
• Identify and segregate scrap materials.
• Prepare products for shipment by wrapping and boxing securely.
• Assist with unloading incoming trucks and loading outbound shipments.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or general labor preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely.
• Comfortable handling inventory, loading, and unloading tasks.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, assembly, and labeling processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
