CNC Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Effingham, IL

Pay Range: $22–$27 per hour

🛠 Position Overview

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our growing team in Effingham, IL. This role is available on 2nd and 3rd shifts and offers competitive pay in the range of $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience.

📋 Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance
• Conduct quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

✅ Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

💵 Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $23–$27 per hour (based on experience and shift)
• Shift differential for evening and overnight shifts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Effingham, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
