Responsibilities

• Set up and operate semi-automated assembly line machinery.
• Perform basic hand assembly of small plastic pieces.
• Read and follow work instructions for machinery and product specifications.
• Ensure completed products are produced and packed according to product specifications.
• Develop efficient assembly movement patterns.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to ensure consistent operation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production process issues.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Experience a clean, lean manufacturing environment in a climate-controlled, well-lit, and organized facility. The workspace includes separate departments for assembly, Each employee is provided with their own station or will rotate stations, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Elgin,IL.
