Join our team as a Customer Service Support Specialist Jr. and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Key Responsibilities
- Handle 18-20 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing support and guidance to clients.
- Follow Open Enrollment and ACA processes.
- Lead virtual meetings to assist clients with WFN configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot benefit, carrier connection, and ACA issues.
- Coordinate with clients and insurance brokers to clarify benefit plan changes.
- Collect and manage data for Carrier Connection templates.
- Ensure accurate payroll updates and ACA form approvals.
- Support internal projects and small payroll initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills
- Technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Typing proficiency and case management experience
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented with an ownership mindset Preferred
Qualifications
- 6+ months of call center experience
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
