Join our team as a Customer Service Support Specialist Jr. and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about helping clients navigate benefits, payroll, and ACA processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 18-20 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing support and guidance to clients.
  • Follow Open Enrollment and ACA processes.
  • Lead virtual meetings to assist clients with WFN configuration changes.
  • Troubleshoot benefit, carrier connection, and ACA issues.
  • Coordinate with clients and insurance brokers to clarify benefit plan changes.
  • Collect and manage data for Carrier Connection templates.
  • Ensure accurate payroll updates and ACA form approvals.
  • Support internal projects and small payroll initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Typing proficiency and case management experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Team-oriented with an ownership mindset Preferred

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of call center experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred
