Benefits Verification Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Pharmacy Benefit Verification Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role supporting high-cost, high-complexity specialty medications. What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our specialty pharmacy operations team, you’ll:

• Verify insurance benefits through both medical and pharmacy channels.
• Submit and manage prior authorizations to ensure timely access to medications.
• Troubleshoot claim rejections and resolve issues with payers.
• Conduct monthly re-verifications to maintain continuity of care.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve benefit-related discrepancies.

What You Bring:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Proficiency in data entry, insurance processes, and prior authorization workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Pharm Tech License (preferred not required)
