Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales reps and brokers
• Manage sales pipeline and customer accounts
• Respond to phone and email inquiries
• Perform data entry and lead tracking
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales support, admin, or customer service
• Strong data entry, math, and computer skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
