CNC Grinder – 2nd Shift
Pay: $32-40/hour

What You’ll Do
- Grind precision components to extremely tight tolerances (±2 microns)
- Perform 1st piece inspections and complete required quality documentation
- Use digital optical measuring tools, gauges, and precision inspection equipment
- Work with hand tools, micrometers, indicators, and other measurement instruments
- Perform preventive maintenance, 5S, and general housekeeping to maintain a clean workspace
- Support special projects and assist with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of CNC grinding or machining experience
- Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and interpret customer drawings/specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using precision measuring tools
- Experience with digital optical inspection equipment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and 5S workplace organization

Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and occasional noise
- Requires standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Manual dexterity and strong visual acuity needed for detailed work
- Must follow all safety and quality procedures and understand verbal instructions
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk Grove Village, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
