Production Worker

As a Production Worker, you will operate and maintain various types of machinery essential to the production process. You will prepare and load raw materials into machines, perform tooling changes and machine setups, and ensure that all machines are set up according to specifications. Additionally, you will inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met, perform routine maintenance on machines, and follow safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Collaboration with team members is crucial to meet production goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery for the production process.
• Prepare and load raw materials into machines.
• Perform tooling changes and machine setups as required.
• Ensure machines are set up according to specifications.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• 1-2 years of Machine Operation experience
• 2-3 years of Production experience
• Team player

• Background in metals
• Experience operating/setting up machines
• Bilingual

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.80/hr.
