Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer with a BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a Quality role and possess knowledge of Quality System requirements such as GMP and ISO 9001. Proficiency with MS Office Products is essential, and a hybrid work schedule is available after the training period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers producing outsourced finished goods.
• Interact with contract manufacturers and internal teams such as R&D, Packaging, and Project Management.
• Manage multiple projects and activities with a results-driven approach.
• Conduct CAPA reporting and address supplier corrective actions.

Essential Skills

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and/or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of DMAIC, Statistical Process Control methods, and Process Capability Index (CPK).
• Ability to perform Cause and Effect Analysis and Pareto Analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
• Experience interfacing with suppliers and addressing product quality issues.
