Project Details

• Duration: 3 weeks (starting 3/2/26)
• Shift Start Times:
  • Day: 4:30 AM
  • Night: 3:00 PM
  • Shift times subject to change -- Flexibility required
• Pay Rate:
  • $24/hr – Skilled Laborer
  • $21/hr – General Laborer

Responsibilities

1. Skilled Laborer Responsibilities

• Install robotic arms, sub-stations, and internal site fencing on mezzanine and sub-mezzanine levels.
• Operate hand and air-powered tools to commission towers per diagrams
• Transport, secure, and catalog materials using pallet jacks.
• Follow detailed step-by-step instructions for installation and wiring for power supply.
• Assist in warehouse cleaning, organization, and commissioning processes.

1. General Labor Responsibilities

• Support project teams with warehouse commissioning and cleaning.
• Assist in robotic arm and station assembly and installation.
• Use pallet jacks for material transport, strapping, and cataloging.
• Follow diagrams and step-by-step instructions for tower commissioning.
• Conduct wiring for power supply and ensure safe material handling.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.

Requirements

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Bonus: construction, carpentry, or mechanical assembly experience
• Able to read a tape measure accurately
• Must bring a valid ID every day

Work Environment

• Climate‑controlled warehouse
• Loud, fast‑paced, and sometimes chaotic
• 10‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday (possible Saturday overtime)
• 1‑hour lunch break

This is a Contract position based out of Harvey, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
