Job Description As a line lead Candidates will be working as a line lead overseeing 10-20 Employees

Assisting with new hire training

filling in on the line for breaks

assigning breaks

ensure lines meets production goals

work with quality department to ensure product meets quality standards

track production metrics

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
