Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in TE Accounts Payable, Financial Services, or General Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel Pivots, V-Lookups, VBA, Word, and Access.
- Experience managing a corporate card program.
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite, requiring employees to work in the office from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Job Description
This role supports the Operations team, which oversees Travel and Expense management for all U.S. employees. The position will serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact for various corporate card programs, travel meetings, purchasing, and Concur travel expense reporting. The Accounting Clerk II will provide exceptional customer service and support to end users, CFS team members, and bank contacts.
Responsibilities
- Administer the Bank of America corporate card program, including issuing new cards, managing limits, and deactivating cards as needed.
- Oversee various TE mailboxes and provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cardholders regarding card usage policies and troubleshooting.
- Monitor card usage to ensure compliance with company policies and flag any suspicious or unauthorized transactions.
- Generate and analyze reports on card usage trends and compliance.
- Liaise with the card provider for account management disputes and technical issues.
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as required.
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly aged card compliance and escalation procedures.
- Monitor performance of delinquent corporate card accounts, unassigned transactions, card limits, and separated employee recovery, escalating as required to minimize risk.
