Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting internal partners and clients. This role involves handling inbound calls and emails, coordinating service requests, and assisting with product troubleshooting and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in a corporate office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 10–30 inbound/outbound calls daily via 800-line, plus email correspondence.
  • Create and manage service requests for repairs, maintenance, installations, and customer assistance.
  • Dispatch service orders to field staff within designated timeframes.
  • Support hotline operations and ensure proper documentation of service orders.
  • Perform data entry for spare part orders, delivery complaints, and inventory movements.
  • Coordinate hardware installations and update equipment records.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in SAP and SharePoint.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Assistance, Finance, Marketing, and IT.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • 1+ year of data entry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Strong phone communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • Experience with SAP and Lotus Notes.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Business casual corporate setting.
  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST.
  • Phones operate from 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.
  • Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
  • Training may require additional in-office time initially.
  • No overtime unless pre-approved.
