Job Description
The Fulfillment Technician II position is pivotal in assisting pharmacists with the fulfillment of prescription orders. This role involves picking, labeling, packing, and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery to patients. The technician will work collaboratively with team leads and department managers to meet delivery expectations and maintain high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in fulfilling orders by picking, labeling, packing, and shipping them efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Solutions Inventory Planner to manage and maintain inventory levels of medications and commodities.
- Restock commodities used during Pick, Pack, and Ship activities.
- Meet performance standards aligned with predefined metrics and KPIs.
- Identify and recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in fulfillment operations.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the pharmacy technician and fulfillment team lead.
- Interact professionally with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate service provision to patients.
- Maintain current licensure and continuing education requirements.
- Promote a positive culture within the pharmacy.

- Flexible work schedule between 7am to 7pm
Work Environment
The work environment includes business hours from 7am to 7pm, with specific shifts running from 10:30am to 7pm. Training occurs from 8am to 4:30pm. The role involves standing for prolonged periods and moderate lifting activities. The position offers a great opportunity to enter the pharmacy field, with support provided to obtain a pharmacy technician license if needed.
