Job Title: Water Wastewater TechnicianJob Description

Join a leading team that monitors and maintains air and water quality systems at an automotive manufacturing site. This role provides problem-solving support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily process application quality analysis using water quality testing equipment.
  • Provide routine and special application service support to customers.
  • Execute required water quality and chemistry tests.
  • Review trends, records, and reports to maintain proper procedure and standards.
  • Maintain product inventories.
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support to customers.
  • Operate wastewater treatment systems and chemical feed stations.
  • Operate Reverse Osmosis system.
Essential Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Obtain the Class K Waste Water Treatment Works Operator License within 1 year of employment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interface positively and professionally with customers.
  • Ability to analyze readings and organize data logically.
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in water treatment and Reverse Osmosis.
  • Forklift Operator License.

Work Environment

Located in East Peoria, IL, working 1st shift. Enjoy a rotating schedule that provides a balance of work and rest days. The role involves physical activities such as lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and wearing a respirator when necessary. The company ensures a safe working environment with comprehensive safety training.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
