Forklift Operator / High Picker - $16 an hour
Rock Island, IL
7:00am–3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Sort incoming boxes and place them on the correct pick pallets for forklift operators
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders ranging from small packages to oversized machine parts
- Operate a high picker and use an RF scanner for inventory accuracy
- Load and unload semi‑trailers with completed pallets
- Support general warehouse tasks including labeling, palletizing, and material handling

Qualifications
- 6+ months of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime
- High picker experience preferred (training provided)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
