Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer

This role involves designing and modeling parts, creating new drawings, and developing a new process plan. You will leverage EDM processes to find cost-effective manufacturing solutions and utilize Creo Parametric for creating routings and process drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design and model parts, create new drawings, and develop new process plans.
• Use EDM processes to identify cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
• Create routings and process drawings for each operation using Creo Parametric.
• Ensure compliance of process drawings and routings with engineering standards and release to manufacturing.
• Determine fixture and tooling requirements.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD modeling and drafting, with Creo experience being advantageous.
• Experience with running machines, including lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, and CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of inspection equipment and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Machining experience, particularly with aluminum and stainless steel.
