Description

• Provide first call resolution technical support to all customers via telephone and email regardless of product or complexity of the problem • Deliver professional and top-quality customer service to all customers • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve calls that are focused on product functionality, connectivity, and product failure for software products • Participate in product testing and version updates and rollouts • Clearly and effectively communicate issues • Effectively and accurately document all customer interactions in CRM system • Demonstrate teamwork through sharing knowledge, brainstorming complex customer issues with colleagues, and proactively sharing common issue resolutions throughout the department and across locations Job Description Summary: The Pinnacle Support Representative role requires working knowledge in areas such as Operating Systems, MS Windows, Novell, Networking, wireless networks, remote access software and web-based applications and general experience or understanding of the Linux environment and Bash Command. Representatives must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues that are focused on product functionality, connectivity, and product failure for CCC software products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications • High school degree or equivalent required. • Computer Science/ Information Technology degree or equivalent preferred • Relevant industry certifications preferred, or equivalent industry experience preferred • 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment • 1-2 years of help desk or technical support experience preferred • 1-2 years of automotive industry experience preferred • Working knowledge or practical experience supporting: .net, ASP, JAVA, HTML, VB, IIS, SQL, Linux, Web Browsers, Web Based/Portal Applications and Various Reporting/Data Warehouse Routines MUST: - At least 1 year of help desk experience -Call Center experience - Strong communication, Must be able to clearly communicate in English - Ability to give direction clearly to people that are calling in. (They do NOT need to know how to solve each problem, but they do need to be able to communicate clearly and use their training to help solve problems). - Familiar with basic installation and troubleshooting of Windows computer applications - Able to explain a technical process in simple terms to a customer - Comfortable navigating Windows environment -HS diploma Best vs Avg -Best candidate will have experience with command prompts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
